Please note that these terms and conditions use of our services may change unexpected. Please ensure to sign and return your original contract with us prior to any bookings being paid for or before any works starting. Terms and Conditions on your individual contract with us ‘The SprayWorks’ will be effective from date of signature, and any new terms that have been updated on our website will not be included meaning that we will only be agreeing to what is stipulated on your contract.

We advise you to check our Service T&C atleast once a week if you have not signed your contract with us as new Terms and Condtions may have been added or old ones may have changed. These T&C are here to protect you as ‘our valued customer’, ‘business partner’ and ‘us, The SprayWorks’.
By not signing and returning your agreed work contract, we will assume you have acknowledged our Service T&C and this will be our agreement between ‘You’ and ‘Us’ meaning that this will be in effect from the moment you have received an invoice and paid ‘deposit’ for the booking or any other payment to us for works to be carried out or has been carried out.
I agree to the following Terms and Conditions prior to and after use of The SprayWorks Services.
8.1 [Booking & Payments]
8.1.1 I agree to pay a deposit laid out in Clause 5 Payments Term on the contract after accepting the quote.
8.1.2 Any payments or deposits paid to The SprayWorks are non-refundable.
8.1.3 Any deposit paid to The SprayWorks is deducted from my outstanding balance unless payment has been paid in full as stated in clause 5 Payment Terms on your contract.
8.1.4 Projects that may take more than 1 day(s), I understand I may be asked to pay; for works that have been completed to date, but not the full amount until the works are fully completed unless payment has been paid in full as stated in clause 5 Payment Terms on your contract.
8.1.5 If the weather is not ideal due to poor/high temperature, or rain warnings with over 30% chance of rain The SprayWorks have the right to reschedule the booking to another date.
8.1.6 I understand I cannot have any other tradesmen e.g. builders, painters, tilers, or other works going on during the agreed booking dates with The SprayWorks due to dust and other issues that may affect the final finish or damage paint work.
8.1.7 I am aware that The SprayWorks have the right to leave the site without any refund and I would have to re-book to new dates by paying another deposit if The SprayWorks show up on the agreed dates and there are other workers on site.
8.1.8 I understand that I will/have been asked to inspect the works carried out by The SprayWorks on completion of the works, and therefore it will be my responsibility to point out any issues, and/or areas that I am not happy with or may require any touch up due to potential poor lighting (The Sun may affect sometimes).
8.1.9 I understand that I have 24 hours after the work is completed to report any issues to The SprayWorks or otherwise I cannot expect them to return for any reason as The SprayWorks cannot take responsibility after 24 hours as they are unaware of what may have been done to the paint from my end or anyone else.
8.1.10 I understand The SprayWorks will require access to the inside of my property throughout the day to access windows, doors from inside.
8.1.11 I understand The SprayWorks will require access to a power point.
8.1.12 I understand The SprayWorks may require access to water supply.
8.1.13 I have checked if my area is covered prior to paying a deposit as I know from above that any payments made are non-refundable.
8.1.14 I confirm that I understand that The SprayWorks do not cover certain areas such as; Scotland, Northern Ireland and New Castle and that I must make The SprayWorks aware if I live in any area that they do not cover prior to making a payments.
8.1.15 I understand that The SprayWorks is not liable for any damages if I have previously had work done on any surfaces being sprayed such as ‘previously repainted by another company’ , ‘repaired by another company’, ‘sprayed by another company’, ‘touched up by another company’ as The SprayWorks cannot guarantee what paints/materials have been used on those surfaces in the past and that due to the previous company the windows may; ‘React to new paint applied’, ‘Flake’, ‘Peel’, ‘Crack’, ‘Fade’ unless paint work has been fully stripped at additional cost.
8.1.16 I understand that Quotes issued are valid for maximum of 14 days from the day its been received and that the price may go up after 14 days has past.
8.1.17 I understand that ‘Estimates‘ are not a quote and therefore only an estimated figure which may result in the final price being either more or less than what I was estimated in the first place.
8.2 [RISKS]
I understand that there is risks of:
8.2.1 Over spray particles/dust (exterior and interior)
8.2.2 Internal Wall Paint/Wallpaper peeling (1/10 houses may peel however we use low tack tape and try to minimise the risks.
8.2.3 Trip Hazards – Equipment will be laying around including airlines/hoses as well as other equipment which may become a trip hazard and therefore I am aware and will take care when walking around or inspecting the works.
8.2.4 High/Strong Smell of Fumes.
8.3 [COMPLETION PAYMENT & LATE PAYMENT INTEREST]
8.3.1 I understand that I am liable to pay the full outstanding balance that is due on completion unless payment has been paid in full as stated in clause 5 Payment Terms on my contract and failure to do so. The SprayWorks will charge me an additional fee of £25.00 for every day that goes past and I will be liable to pay the amount of fees on top.
8.3.2 I understand that the final payment is due before the team leaves the site on the day of the booking. If the payment is not made by 18:00pm on the day of completed works I will incur £25 per day late payment fee.
8.3.3 I understand that The SprayWorks may at times require Scaffolding which I am responsible to pay for myself or request The SprayWorks to organise it and add it onto the invoice, due to the Health And Safety reasons. I understand that scaffolding may be required at the last minute if there are any risks or poor access.
8.4 [HEALTH AND SAFETY]
I understand that The SprayWorks may cancel my booking if there are any ; health and safety issues/concerns without any refund. E.g.: Scaffolding for other works and there are no stable/secure planks of wood to stand on, any form of abuse or threatening behaviour towards our staff.
8.5 [CANCELLATION – NO REFUND]
I understand that if I cancel the booking I will not be liable for any refunds and if I wish to rebook I will have to pay the deposit again.
8.6 [RESCHEDULING – FEE PAYABLE TO CHANGE DATES]
I understand that there will be a 10% fee to reschedule a date if I am unable to commit for any reason after agreeing and accepting the dates offered to me. – Rescheduling must be made 48 hours prior to your booking. (The Fee Varies Depending on the size of the job and how many days are secured).
8.7 [PHOTOGRAPHS or VIDEOS/FOOTAGE]
I give permission to The SprayWorks to take photos, footage or videos of my property or furniture that they are spraying and give them permission to publish before and after photos or videos online.
8.8 [ VISITATION FEE ]
I understand that there is a visitation fee of £40.00 [Up to 20 miles] or for visits more than 21+ Miles will cost additional £0.25p/mile ontop of £40.00 to and from your property. The fee is used on transportation e.g. Fuel, wear and tear of the vehicle, etc…
8.9.1 [ DELIVERY CHARGE ]
I understand that there is a delivery charge if I (YOU) require The SprayWorks to deliver any furniture, props, or other items that may have been taken off site to spray off site. The delivery charge will depend on the following factors; Distance, Load, Weight, Size, and time frames required to be delivered within.
